How do I make a reservation, deposit or payment?

Beside every item offered for rental on our website, you’ll see a calendar that indicates its availability. To reserve your item, simply select your preferred pickup and return dates and complete the contact form. A representative from KV Equipment Rental will contact you for your deposit.

Deposit amounts vary depending on the individual item. You will need a valid credit or debit card and a valid driver’s license. Final charges will be applied to your credit or debit card upon return of your item. KV Equipment Rental accepted Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovery.

Can I have my rental delivered and/or picked up?

Yes, KV Equipment Rental offers equipment delivery and pickup within a radius of 60 miles and for a fee each way. KV Equipment Rental does not offer delivery and pickup for attachments.

What are the pickup and dropoff times at your location?

Our hours of operation are 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. KV Equipment Rental also offers a secure after-hours drop off location. NOTE: Equipment and attachments not dropped off by 8:00am the following morning will be charged an extra full day.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of time I can rent equipment or attachments?

Equipment and attachments can be rented for a minimum of one day to a maximum of two weeks.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

KV Equipment Rental allows reservations up to 90 days in advance.

What if I need to extend my rental term?

KV Equipment Rental understands that projects may not go according to your best plans. Simply call KV Rental Equipment and if your item is not reserved for the extended period you are requesting, we will simply add the additional charges to your credit or debit card. Note that rental extensions are subject to availability.

What happens if something breaks or stops working properly while I am renting it?

We inspect and make sure each piece of equipment is in proper working order prior to each rental. If you experience an issue with a piece of equipment or attachment while renting it, please call us at (715) 685-1980 for assistance. We will do everything we can to troubleshoot a problem before it needs to be returned for repair or maintenance.

Is the rental price listed on the website the total price?

No. The listed rental price does not include required taxes, service fees, or charges for optional pickup and delivery. Damage Waivers are also additional.

Is fuel included?

Your equipment is provided with a full fuel tank. If refueling is necessary, it is your responsibility to refuel the equipment. Otherwise, you will be charged a refueling fee.

Do you allow after-hours drop off?

Yes, KV Equipment Rental offers a secure after-hours drop-off location. If you need after-hours drop-off information, call us at (715) 685-1980 for details.

What is my risk for Loss or Damage?

The Lessee assumes all risk of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause, and agrees to return it to the Lessor in the condition received from the Lessor, with the exception of normal wear and tear. The Lessor or their appointed agent will determine normal wear and tear. All determinations made by the Lessor are final. If the equipment is not returned to the Lessor for any reason, Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the Replacement Cost of the equipment. If no Replacement Cost is designated herein, Lessee shall pay the actual cost of replacing the equipment at the time of replacement.
