No land use or building permit applications can be submitted without a sanitary permit. This is the very first step that needs to be taken for all building projects and is the thing that most often holds up a project. First, a soil test needs to be done and then the sanitary system can be designed and submitted to the State of Wisconsin for approval and issuance of the sanitary permit.
